In today's assembly, we talked about age restrictions on apps and video games and there were definitely some surprises! Information is included below to help any discussions at home with your children.

Today's assembly was about anti-bullying week. We talked about the definition of bullying; how to tell adults that you or someone else is being bullied and that us all being different is a great thing! Your child knows that they can speak to any adult in school and that each class has a 'worry box' where they can post any concerns that they may have.

Discord is an instant messaging and chat platform that allows users to communicate using voice, video or text. It is popular with the gaming community who use it to talk to people during gameplay, and swap tips about different types of games. However, recently it has grown its user base and is now used by others outside the gaming community.
It has an age-rating of 13+.
