As part of our topic, ‘The Great Blue Abyss,’ we have been studying the Great Barrier Reef and the environmental challenges it faces, with a particular focus on conservation. To enhance this learning experience, we have planned an exciting trip to The Deep Aquarium on 7th October.

The cost of the trip is £20 which should be paid via Arbor by October 3rd. This will go live tomorrow for any payments.

On the day of the trip:

- Arrival time at school: 7:45 AM, ready to leave by 8:00 AM

- Return to school: Approximately 4:00 PM

- Transportation: We will be travelling by minibus and car.

Children will need to bring a lunch packed with them on the day. If you require a school lunch pack, please let the school office know.

During the visit, students will enjoy a tour of The Deep and participate in a workshop focusing on ocean plastic pollution, linking to our learning on conservation.
