The children walked and talked about everything they could see on the way to the building site.

We saw real diggers, dumper trucks, scaffolding, roof trusses,roof tiles and bricks. The children were very excited and could relate lots of their learning about how buildings stay up from the past few weeks. 

We also had the opportunity to ask the  site manager lots of questions about how houses are built.
