This afternoon we learnt about rail safety with Rob Storer who works for GBRailfrieght Ltd. GBRailfreight has a responsibility for running the railway test track that runs through Keyworth. We learnt that some dangers are quiet, and we need to be alert and cautious. There are 25,000 volts in overhead lines and electricity is on even when there are no trains passing through.

It is important to stay off the tracks, keep away from cables and stay safe.
