Update for Arbor and payments
To start with, I would like to thank all parents that have signed up for Arbor and downloaded the App.
As previously mentioned, we will be using Arbor for payments, below for information on when this will be happening.
As from August, we will be using the Arbor Portal for all payments. This will include uniform, school meals, trips and any nursery payments.
The school money website will only accept payments up to and including 30th July. In readiness for this change, we would request that all payments are up-to-date by the end of term. This will enable us to transfer any outstanding blanches or credits to your account. Ideally, we would like to have all balances cleared, so accounts can start fresh in the new academic year on arbor.
School Meals – this is a top-up system (rather than booking the days your child would like a meal) where you can add credit to your child’s account which will be used as meals are taken on a daily basis. This will show in the accounts tab on the portal dashboard. This will also show a negative balance if all credit is used.
Clubs and trips – these will show under the activities tab, and you will see any available trips and clubs your child can join and whether they have a charge. Once you have booked you will be able to see registration information. This is your confirmation of a place. With paid clubs, your place is not secured until payment has been made.
School Shop – where you will be able to purchase uniforms. This will be available from the week commencing 8th July.
Additional Nursery Payments - additional sessions will be added by school, and payments will show if the paid session is taken by the child. The amount owed will be a minus figure until a top-up is made on the account.
