We had lots of fun celebrating World Book Day in school yesterday. The children looked very comfortable in their PJs and it was nice to see their favourite teddies!

In Year 1, we looked at 'Where the wild things are' and wrote a wild poem 'When I'm feeling wild'. 

We also had the pleasure of reading Mrs Ahmed's favourite book 'Room on the broom' and made our very own magic wands!

In other news...

Next week we will be celebrating science week! We have lots of fun activities planned, make sure you check out our blog throughout the week to see what we've been up to. 

On Tuesday 19th March, we will be going to Keyworth Church for an Easter time travelling event. A letter will be sent out next week with further details.
