To access the survey, you will need a 'token'. These will be available on parents' evening, or through the school office from Tuesday 13th November. If you have more than one child, you can just use one token to share your views about all your children, or you can complete a separate survey for each child. It's your choice!

NB You might note that the survey is hosted on Crossdale's server - by doing this, we save money by not paying for a separate server. Each school has a separate survey hosted there, with slightly different questions to help us focus on the needs of each school.
